Bashar's Sacred Circuitry Meditation | 15 min | No Breathwork

Hello curious people 🙏 This version of Bashar’s Sacred Circuitry meditation I am suggesting be known as the FOCUS version. It is suitable for all, but may be a preference for those who are already familiar with the Sacred Circuits and are looking for a regular practice tool, without any further explanation or introduction, nor distraction. Taking into consideration the parts of us all that get distracted by shiny things, this version is designed to be visually cleaner, with no additional overlay effects allowing you to build a more solid focus for each glyph and concept, and build focus over the course of the full duration. This was a request from a couple of you lovely curious explorers who know this of themselves, and reflect it back for us all to know ourselves from. Plus, I agree that it is good to have options. I thank you for your suggestions. Sometimes simple is indeed best, let now the power of the glyphs be the primary focus. Time stands still in the presence of the infinite moment. The fact you have found this meditation is a perfect sign for you to start building your own relationship with these shapes, and grow and personalise it should you be well on your way. And this version in particular means you are exploring the part of you desires to focus deeper. They are a gift. A greater knowing of yourself is the reward awaiting you. If you are yet to experience this meditation with the breathing overlay, please enjoy it here:    • Bashar’s Sacred Circuitry Meditation   SUGGESTED USAGE: Below are Bashar’s words on the Sacred Circuits. “Meditate three days in a row, one card at a time, one minute per card, in order 1 through 15, for fifteen minutes. And as you simply gaze and ponder and allow your mind to drift and just absorb the idea of the shape, just absorb the idea of the attendant concept without thinking, without analyzing. Just let it in. Just gaze at it. Just let your eyes be the true windows to your soul, your spirit, your mind and everything else. Allow yourselves the opportunity to just sit with these shapes and know that as you do so, what they are doing is that they are specifically designed to allow the neurological circuitry in your brain to rewire itself, to be representative of each and every one of these symbolic shapes, so that it may function in accord with the concept that is attendant to this shape and overall, over the course of these first 15 allow you to more holistically function in a hyper connected, hyper conductive associative accessing way to knowledge information about yourself, about the cosmos, about all that is in whatever way, shape or form is appropriate for you as an individual aspect of creation.” Bashar. Bashar also goes on to say that after the initial 3 days of suggested usage, you may then gaze on the cards in whichever order calls to you. You may choose just a single card to meditate with, or a few, it is your choice. He still suggests staying around the 15 minute mark.
