How do you organise an entire WRC rally team? For Maria Margariti, Hyundai Motorsport’s Leader of Logistics and Team Coordinator, it means making sure hundreds of moving parts come together before the first car even leaves the service park. Follow Maria through a day as she coordinates the arrival of the team, oversees the unloading of freight and equipment, helps build and organise the service park, and makes sure essentials such as power, water and working areas are ready to go. Then there are the details nobody sees: airport collections, team catering, last-minute changes and the constant troubleshooting required to keep everything running when plans inevitably change. It is one of the least visible jobs in the World Rally Championship, but without it, the team simply could not function.
