Such a shame the grand house burned down n 1943 the woman’s land army were told not to light a fire 🔥 in a certain part of the house because of a crows nest in the chimney and unfortunately for the estate they did. Owned by the Riddells clan for over 700 years Contact the estate office if you’re thinking of visiting for permission.
