Coasteering in Blue Lagoon in Abereiddi | Pembrokeshire

Monday afternoon, 27 July 2026. It was cloudy and around 18°C when we decided to try coasteering for the very first time at the Blue Lagoon, Abereiddy, Pembrokeshire. We were reluctant at first—the water was only around 10–13°C, and stepping in was definitely a shock! But once we embraced it, the experience was absolutely exhilarating. Climbing the rugged cliffs, scrambling over rocks, and plunging into the crystal-clear water made it one of the most adventurous things I’ve ever done. By the end, I felt an incredible sense of achievement and satisfaction. The dramatic coastline, turquoise lagoon, and raw natural beauty of Wales made the whole experience even more special. Sometimes the adventures you’re most hesitant to begin become the ones you’ll never forget. A huge thank you to our experienced guides, Harvey and Jeff, who looked after us every step of the way. Their professionalism, encouragement, and focus on safety gave us the confidence to push beyond our comfort zones and fully enjoy our first coasteering experience.
