V Rising - Voltatia the Power Master | No Hit, 10 Levels Lower, Frail | Solo Boss Kill

In patch 1.0, the fight is still the same, but because of the little delay they added to the beam start, you don't need to use dash or invisibility every time the beam comes anymore. Because of that, the fight is a lot easier now, even with Brutal difficulty. Kill this boss to unlock Power Core and EMP recipes. He's one of the necessary bosses for progression and killing him at a lower level will give you the upper hand when speedrunning. I used Tier 3 Jewels with slightly above-average rolls for all of the skills. In this video series, I kill every V Rising boss as 10 levels lower than the boss and 0% Frail Blood.
