Aladdin Lamp Hack - 3 Times Brighter

Thank you for stopping by and participating in part 2 of this. Do it yourself mantle to be retrofitted on a antique oil lamp. Although this is only part 2 video. I've probably made a dozen attempts, so far, this is the best that i've come up with and it really does work. Also doing so I have brushed up on some brazing skills that i've never been able to do before. Though I only a couple of months ago realized that you can put a mantle on an oil lamp , now I am trying to make one myself. In this episode I completely redesigned how I was trying to suspend the mantle in the past. Now I have a domed replica similar to the way the manufacturer has designed their mantles. This is a fun project. This particular one has not phone apart and I've taken it on and off. Twice now, so it seems to actually not only work, but it may last.
