鳥取旅の三日目、前日駐車場が満車で諦めた米子鬼太郎空港に もう一度朝早くから向かいました 空港前の駐車場はやっぱり満車で、第２駐車場へ停められて一安心 米子鬼太郎空港は、鳥取県境港市に位置する地方空港で 人気漫画『ゲゲゲの鬼太郎』の作者 水木しげるさんの故郷であることから、この愛称が付けられました 鳥取のもう一つの空港である、コナン空港よりは地味ですが オールドファンには馴染み深い鬼太郎ファミリーが飾られ なかなか楽しい空港でした On the third day of my trip to Tottori, I headed back early in the morning to Yonago Kitaro Airport—a place I had given up on visiting the previous day because the parking lot was full. The lot right in front of the terminal was full again, but I was relieved to find a spot in the second parking area. Yonago Kitaro Airport is a regional airport located in Sakaiminato City, Tottori Prefecture. It earned its nickname because the city is the hometown of Shigeru Mizuki, the creator of the popular manga series *GeGeGe no Kitaro*. While it may be a bit more low-key than Tottori’s other airport—the "Conan Airport"—it was a delightful place, featuring displays of the Kitaro family that are sure to feel familiar and nostalgic to long-time fans.
