This is NOT Stardew Valley | Welcome to Elderfield - Ep. 1 [Let's Play]

My crops look weird, I have to pay taxes, sleeping gives me terrors and everything is actively tying to go against me! Where's my cozy farming empire?! My halo is shaking 😭 We begin our journey in Welcome to Elderfield, the indie cozy farming RPG with a terrifying horror twist. In this first episode, we move onto our new homestead, plant our very first crops, and quickly discover that something is deeply wrong with this town. We head into town to meet the local residents, track down Molly to grab our starter rusty pickaxe, and figure out how to prep our farm before the Tax Man comes to collect. As night falls, we have to navigate the game's brutal sanity mechanics, secure the cabin doors, and try to survive our very first night without waking up to a permanent curse—or worse, dying in our sleep. To make matters worse, a couple of cosmic monsters are already coming after us in this unforgiving turn-based, dark RPG horror experience! This is for you: If you love cozy horror RPG mechanics, turn-based combat, and indie horror games like Stardew Valley mixed with Lovecraftian horrors, then you are going to love this playthrough series!
