We start our morning by making a delicious Lotus Biscoff Cake 🍰 while working on something special in our garden — building our very own traditional Tandoor oven! 🔥 This is the beginning of our outdoor cooking space, where we’ll eventually make homemade bread, cookies, and other traditional foods. And then, later in the day, it’s time for one of our favorite traditional Iranian dishes: Persian Koobideh Kebab 🔥 We prepare the kebab from scratch and cook it over the fire, bringing the authentic taste of Persian BBQ and Iranian cooking into our little Tiny Village.
