2002 Mini Cooper S, window motor repair

normally to remove the glass you'll need to lover the window half way but in this case due to the motor not working, I was not able to do it. so I had to fold the window fame inwards to lower the left side first to remove the COD like wheel securing the glass to the frame, then the right side was more difficult and struggled a little in lowering the right side but eventually it came out.
