'90s Figures That Should Have Existed, But DON'T

Nostalgic action figure lines of the 90's would often be missing a vital character to the show, cartoon, or movie they were based on. Here are my top choices for the most glaring omissions of important characters that never got an action figure back in the day. These are my choices based on what lines I value most in my collection, so please share any you like more that you feel were missing really important characters.
