Caribbean’s Secret Wizarding School | Hogwarts Diaries

What if the Caribbean had a hidden wizarding school that even most witches and wizards had never heard of? Olivia Reed sets out across the Caribbean to find a mysterious magical institution hidden somewhere beyond the ordinary wizarding world. Her search takes her through the colonial streets of Santo Domingo, forgotten magical archives, an ancient enchanted map, and finally across the Bermuda Triangle aboard a mysterious Caribbean galleon. But the journey leads somewhere unexpected... Puerto Rico. Deep within the mountains of El Yunque, Olivia discovers a secret wizarding sanctuary unlike Hogwarts or any other ordinary magical school, a place reserved for master spellcasters, advanced researchers, legendary duelists, magical navigators and witches and wizards seeking knowledge beyond conventional magical education. The story is inspired by Caribbean folklore, Puerto Rican history, Taíno cultural traditions, El Yunque, bioluminescent waters, the coquí, Caribbean maritime legends, the Bermuda Triangle, and folklore from across the Greater Caribbean, while imagining how these real-world elements could exist within a fictional Wizarding World-inspired universe. Puerto Rico's El Yunque and coquí traditions, for example, have documented cultural and historical significance, while its bioluminescent bays are a real natural phenomenon. This is a fan-made fictional story and original cinematic interpretation, created for entertainment and fantasy worldbuilding. It is not an official Wizarding World or Harry Potter story, and the fictional school, characters, magical history and events shown here are original creations. Welcome to El Bastión de Yúcahu.
