Final Warning - 9:25 Genre: Rock Style: Hardcore, Punk, Death Metal Guillotin Terror is a hardcore punk band from Tokyo, Japan, formed in 1990. Although they got more overtly metal as they went on (at times sounding more like Sepultura and other groove metal bands), that influence was still very obvious even on this, what I believe to be their debut release. That said, the kind of metal being drawn from here is radically different, and has far more in common in with black metal and death metal than any of the more groove oriented stylings they’d play around with later on. I seriously think Guillotine Terror is one of the most unique and highest quality hardcore bands from Tokyo (and Japan in general), and all the stylistic twists and turns they take only make them more interesting to me. I hope this release inspires you to check out the rest of their discography, because it’s all just about as great as this! As always, please email me at liveandalive85@gmail.com if you would like a video removed! I'm happy to oblige all requests.
