AUTHORITY AND POWER

Jesus Christ possesses supreme authority over heaven and earth. Authority is the right to act, while power is the capacity to act. The Holy Spirit empowers believers primarily to participate in God's mission and witness to Christ. Delegated spiritual authority remains subject to Christ and His Word. Spiritual warfare requires faith, truth, prayer, righteousness and dependence on God. The name of Jesus is not a magical formula; Christian prayer depends on Christ and God's purposes. Spiritual gifts are given to serve others, not to establish personal superiority. Godly authority is demonstrated through humility, love, integrity and service. Believers should test spiritual claims against Scripture and remain accountable. The ultimate purpose of spiritual authority and power is to glorify God and serve others faithfully. 🎙️ Listen to the Podcast: https://open.spotify.com/episode/1rdi...
