In Hillsborough County, FL, which includes Tampa, 48% of homeowners who sold a house this year paid a seller concession. Here's why buyers ask for help with closing costs instead of a lower price. When a buyer asks you for $10,000 toward their closing costs, it can feel personal. It isn't. In this video, I walk through one example: a $10,000 concession leaves the buyer about $8,700 less to bring to closing than a $10,000 price cut. I also cover the 2-1 rate buydown, what it means for your side of the deal, and your 4 options when the request comes in. 📄 Full breakdown by price range and loan type: https://www.randysellstampa.com/what-... 📧 Email me your neighborhood and I'll show you what sellers there actually gave: Hello@RandySellsTampa.com Subscribe for more Tampa Bay real estate videos for homeowners.
