This special anniversary film brings together the voices and stories shared throughout our 40th celebrations — from tenants, colleagues, Board members, community champions and people who have played a part in MHA’s journey. Founded in 1986 in response to the housing needs of local BME communities, MHA has grown from its community-led beginnings into an organisation managing more than 1,400 homes and supporting thousands of people across Bradford and Keighley. 40th time line 1 40th time line 1 Over the decades, that journey has included new homes, regeneration, stronger tenant involvement, community partnerships, national and international recognition, and countless individual stories of people whose lives have been connected with MHA. 40th time line 1 This film is our opportunity to say thank you to everyone who has helped make Manningham Housing Association what it is today — our tenants, staff, Board members, founding members, former colleagues, contractors, suppliers, partners and friends. As we look back with pride on our first 40 years, we also look forward with ambition to the next chapter. 40 Years of People, Places and Progress.
