#73 - "Beatrice" by Sam Rivers

#jazz #bass #solo One of my favorite tunes to play on is saxophonist Sam Rivers' immortal tune written for his wife, debuting on 1964's Fuchsia Swing Song. Mostly known for his forward-thinking music and playing, he wrote a hell of a jazz standard. #timeless
