MCP Server + Hyper-RAG Under One Orchestrator | Azure Enterprise AI Demo

In this demo, I show how MCP and Hyper-RAG can work together under one orchestrator. The system starts with grounded business understanding through Hyper-RAG, using hierarchical retrieval, evidence selection, and grounded context assembly. From there, MCP introduces the action layer. That includes tool selection, approval-aware execution for risky actions, and a visible operational proof trail.
