The open 50m Dash is anyone's race that signs up. Coaches, students, football players, and wrestlers run 50 meters (equivalent to 54.7 yards) to the finish line! This was during the main Remember the Titans track meet and was after the 800m run, but before the 200m dash. No students in the "real" running events were allowed to participate in the Throwers 50m dash. Who is the fastest? It might be the coaches!
