| Mhada has reduced price of Houses The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has reduced prices of 1,221 houses in Kannamwar Nagar, Vikhroli by 7.5%, providing major relief to homebuyers. This decision comes after the lottery for 2,640 homes in Mumbai received a low response due to rising property prices. With this price reduction, authorities expect a rise in applications from middle-class and first-time homebuyers. The move is seen as a step to make affordable housing more accessible in Mumbai. mhada lottery mumbai, vikhroli kannamwar nagar flats, housing price reduction mumbai, affordable housing india, mhada homes update, mumbai property news, real estate maharashtra #mhada #mumbai #housing #affordablehomes #realestate #maharashtra #breakingnews #india #newsupdate
