Here’s a short video I put together all about drills you can do at home. All you need is a wall and a lacrosse ball. Stumps are an added bonus. A lacrosse bounces in a perfect way when thrown flat at the wall and is the perfect thing to use to help top up those skills at home. Here, I’m throwing the ball down from hand to hand and down the leg side, touching fingers to the floor and then snapping across. Want to make it harder?
