An interactive 3D model of a container park at Port Botany, Sydney, and the terminal next door, built in the browser from public aerial imagery.
What it shows:
Container stacks detected on the 25 cm aerial photo, heights estimated from shadows
The quay cranes, ships at the berths from AIS, the tug harbour
Yard vehicles at their latest reported positions, moving as GPS fixes arrive, with stale and offline states
A road truck's visit followed from the gate to the block face, where a handler lifts its box
Find a container, colour by height, a control-room view, live weather
Display mode for a touch screen or a holographic display
Vehicle positions come from a simulated GPS feed and are labelled as such on screen. Not live operations.
