For 96 years, hydropower diverted most of Fossil Creek's water from its natural channel. When full flow returned in 2005, the Arizona stream began to rebuild—but water alone was not the entire answer. Full flow returned in June 2005; the old diversion dam was lowered later, with work completed in 2009. An early ~50-fold increase in native fish applied to a reach that received both restored flow and non-native-fish removal. It was not a creek-wide result. Visuals combine public-domain or CC0 photos of the actual creek, original explanatory animation, and clearly labeled illustrative reconstructions. No footage or narration from the reference video was copied. The English voice was generated locally with Kokoro, and the background score was produced locally. #FossilCreek #RiverRestoration #Arizona
