Basic Schindler 6400 Elevators (#1-2) at Radisson Hotel (Fmr Best Western), Southfield MI

Filmed on 5/5/2022, Here are elevators 1 and 2 at the former Best Western Premier hotel (now the Radisson Hotel) in Southfield Michigan. Located off of Telegraph Road (US-24) this hotel has definitely had some history. It used to be a Holiday Inn which closed in the mid 2010s and then was re-opened at a Best Western Premier which then became a Radisson Hotel. When the hotel closed after being a Holiday Inn, it sat abandoned for some time until it re-opened with major renovations at a Best Western Premier. The re-opening also included an elevator modernization to which Schindler was called on to do. The mod is ok overall, but these elevators are in worse condition than elevators 3-4. Only one elevator in this bank of 2 was working which kind of sucks for a 16 floor hotel.
