Jhalak 3 - Aadmi Ki Aurat

Shabd Theatre presents ‘Jhalak’ — Abhinay ka Abhyaas. For Episode 3, we explore ‘Aadmi ki Aurat’ by acclaimed Hindi writer Vinod Kumar Shukl, we explore the question - what does it mean to call someone yours? A seemingly ordinary conversation that slowly reveals questions of possession, masculinity and the complicated ways in which we claim one another. Through this acting exercise, we explore the characters, emotions and ideas within the story, while finding our own ways of interpreting and performing it. Jhalak is an independent acting practice by Shabd Theatre and is not an adaptation or reproduction of the original literary work. #acting #shortvideo #literature #aadmikiaurat #shabdtheatre #actingpractice
