Closer to Death | Bikepacking Zanskar Valley via Shinku La 2019

Embracing death really brings me to the present and when I am so remote and surviving on my own I feel grateful for each moment I am alive. In 2019 I pushed my limits and tested my will power to drag my bicycle when there was no road in Zanskar Valley, I remember hiking for 2 days to reach the village kargiakh after crossing the Shinku La pass from Lahaul.
