You don't need to fix every part of your life. You just need 4 things. I used to try to improve everything at once: 3 books, too many games, YouTube, IT, fitness, all in one day. It overwhelmed me and I burned out. So I cut it down to 4 things, and my days got a lot easier. In this video I share what those 4 things are, why I picked them, and what my day looks like now. The 4 things I focus on: 1. Creativity (YouTube, writing, speaking) 2. Career (IT and cybersecurity) 3. Physical (push-ups, sit-ups, running) 4. Knowledge (reading one book at a time) And rest isn't a fifth thing. It's mandatory for all four.
