본 과정은 「르완다 전파 및 사이버보안 관리 시스템 역량강화('24-'26)」의 2026년 초청연수입니다. This program is the 2026 Invitation Training Program under the Capacity Building for Radio Spectrum and Cybersecurity Management System in Rwanda ('24–'26) project. 2026년 8월 30일부터 9월 12일까지 르완다의 사이버보안 및 전파·통신 분야 관계자 17명을 대상으로 한국의 정책과 기술, 현장 적용 사례를 공유하고, 사이버 위협 대응, 디지털 포렌식, 통신 모니터링 및 분석 등 전문 교육과 TOPIS, 스마트시티 통합센터, KISA 등 현장견학을 진행했습니다. From August 30 to September 12, 2026, 17 participants from Rwanda working in the fields of cybersecurity, radio spectrum, and telecommunications took part in the two-week training program. The program provided opportunities to learn about Korea’s policies, technologies, and practical applications through specialized training on cyber threat response, digital forensics, telecommunications monitoring and analysis, as well as field visits to TOPIS, the Anyang Smart City Integrated Center, and the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA). 연수생들은 한국의 정책·기술 및 현장 운영 경험을 배우고, 르완다의 사이버보안·전파통신 분야 현황과 과제를 바탕으로 자국의 환경에 적용할 수 있는 구체적인 Action Plan을 수립했습니다. 이를 통해 연수에서 습득한 지식과 경험을 귀국 후 소속기관의 업무 개선과 역량 강화에 활용할 수 있는 기반을 마련했습니다. Throughout the program, participants gained insights into Korea’s policies, technologies, and operational experiences and examined the current challenges facing Rwanda’s cybersecurity, radio spectrum, and telecommunications sectors.
