Eye of the Tiger - Survivor | Drum cover by Shaurya Chawla (2026)

One of the songs that first made me fall in love with drumming. 🐅🥁 Eye of the Tiger has always had a special place for me — it’s one of my dad’s favourite rock classics, and growing up, this was one of those songs that made me want to sit behind a drum kit and just PLAY. For this cover, I wanted to stay true to the original energy while adding a little bit of my own flavour — heavier hits, metal-inspired fills, double-bass elements and some extra aggression while keeping that iconic groove intact. 🤘 This one is more than just a drum cover for me. It’s a little tribute to the song that helped pull me toward drumming in the first place, and to the rock classics I grew up listening to. Hope you enjoy it! ❤️ Mixed and mastered by Yours truly!!! through ‪@FrightboxRecording‬ Reaper template!! 🎧 Best experienced with headphones.
