Atlant Security Plugin Review: Performance, Code Quality, and Signs of AI Vibe Coding

A new kid on the block is making some outrageous performance claims. But do those claims actually hold up under scrutiny? That’s what I’m going to find out. In this video, I’m going to take a technical look at the plugin: not its marketing, not how polished its website looks, and not who is behind it. I’m interested in what the code actually does. The plugin claims to significantly improve WordPress performance, so I want to answer a few fairly simple questions. Do it really spend least amount of CPU resources? How is that functionality implemented? Does the architecture make sense? What overhead does the plugin itself introduce? And most importantly: can the performance claims actually be demonstrated? I’m going to look through the code, identify the mechanisms responsible for the claimed improvements, and then test the parts that can be measured.
