Top Shaman Specs for PVP and PVE in Warcraft Forever

Should you play Shaman in World of Warcraft: Forever? I built six different talent specs at level 60, from deep Elemental caster builds to sustain focused melee hybrids, all the way to a surprise: an 11/40 Enhancement leaning build that actually functions as a tank spec, something Shaman has never really had in Classic.
