Ministers Balaam and Nameere Trapped by Poor Roads After Heavy Rains in Mbale

Ministers of Local Government; Balaam Barugahara and Justine Nameere, have experienced- firsthand- the impact of poor road infrastructure in Mbale District after heavy afternoon rains left their convoy stranded in Bunghoko North Constituency. The two ministers were inspecting government-funded projects across the district when the downpour exposed the poor state of roads in the area.
