Slow Morning, Harvest Season & Rest

Today’s video is a quiet village vlog. I spent my morning sun-drying maize after harvest, enjoying the calm environment, and choosing rest instead of heavy work. Last year, I worked too hard during harvest season and fell ill, so this year I decided to slow down and listen to my body. I also climbed a zambarau tree to pick sweet fruits and later finished braiding my hair under the shade. This video is about rest, balance, and enjoying simple moments in village life. Thank you for watching 🤍 #restandbalance #quietvlog #harvestseason #calmvlog
