I pulled an absolutely toxic mage synergy on Vex by pairing "Phenomenal Evil" with "Warlock Jukebox." If you love seeing completely out-of-control Ability Power scaling, this is it. Because Vex's Gloom passive constantly marks enemies when they dash or move around the Howling Abyss, I was proccing "Phenomenal Evil" non-stop, farming infinite AP directly from their champions.
