STI TGV Delete/Fuel Rail/Fuel Injector Assembly

Getting the TGVs set up to go back into the car, I can't yet install them as I need to remove the Turbo and Secondary air pumps but wanted to go over the assembly steps to get the TGVs ready to be put into the car.
