What if everything you were taught about life was simply... wrong? I grew up as a HSP in Germany believing that efficiency was everything. That rest was weakness. That more was always better. And it almost broke me. Two years ago I moved from Germany to Northern Sweden and slowly this country rewired my entire nervous system. As a highly sensitive person, HSP, I had spent my whole life feeling like I was not strong enough and too weak for the world I lived in. Sweden was the first place that felt like it was built for someone like me. In this video I want to share with you five Swedish lifestyle concepts that changed my daily life, my mental health and the way I understand what a good life actually looks like. We talk about "Ta det lugnt" - the Swedish art of taking it easy and why it is so much deeper than it sounds. We talk about Fika - and why a coffee break in Sweden is nothing like the rushed, lonely breaks I had in Germany. We talk about "Det löser sig" - the beautiful Swedish belief that the knot will loosen on its own if you stop pulling so hard. We talk about Friluftsliv and Allemansrätten - the Swedish relationship with nature and the freedom to roam it. And finally we talk about Lagom - the concept my whole channel is built on, and the one that gave me permission to stop chasing more. This is not a travel video. This is not a list of fun cultural differences. This is my honest, personal reflection on what it means to finally feel at home - in a country, in a lifestyle and in yourself. If you are an HSP, if you are exhausted by hustle culture, if you have ever felt like you were born in the wrong place - this video is for you ❤️ Grab your cup of tea. Sit down with me and have a cozy little timeout for yourself. And let's talk about the life that is waiting for you when you finally stop rushing ❤️ Thank you so much for watching and your support!
