We Had 2 Weeks to Build & Tune This Turbo BMW E30 for Food & Fuel @ Shelsley Walsh Hillclimb!

We had two weeks to get Lewis’s turbo BMW E30 ready for Food & Fuel at Shelsley Walsh. The car already ran and drove, but the goal was to bring the electronics and engine management properly up to date. We completely rewired the engine around an ECUMaster EMU Black, added and configured the new sensors, got everything running properly, then moved on to road mapping and finally the dyno! And because apparently that wasn’t enough of a deadline, the end goal was to have the car mapped, working and ready to drive at the Food & Fuel event at Shelsley Walsh. This video follows the whole process — wiring, troubleshooting, first road mapping, dyno tuning and finally getting the E30 onto the hill.
