Fluorescent light globe starts pulsing during massive thunderstorm. Power switched off.

Second time in about 12 months this effect has happened during a big thunderstorm. Light is in a ceiling fan but when fan is switched off the pulse continues. Unscrewing the bulb stops it pulsing. Seems that the house electrical system is becoming energized enough to fire up the fluorescent filament inside. #electric #storm #lightglobe
