Large Frame 88mm turbo on a 5.3! Will it spool up?

Bryan is back with KillDozer, but this time it is with a simpler combo that last time. After the catastrophic engine explosion a few months ago, he has put together a simple rods and piston 5.3. But the turbo, is an old school large frame 88mm turbo. These things are older technology, but were hard to spool on bigger motors.
