What is up guys? Hope you are keeping well.😊
Welcome back to another episode of BSc Chronicles 🎬
We continue the conversation about the CWF (Part 2). Today we sit down with Mr Sean Abrahams – Strategic Founding Lead behind UCT's Centre for Wellbeing & Flourishing (CWF) and Programme Director for UCT Flourish. We talk about what the Centre actually does, what engaging with it would look like if you walked in tomorrow, and why UCT decided flourishing is not a luxury but central to being a university on this continent. But we also go deeper than that. We talk about what flourishing actually entails, why student voice was in the room from the very first conversation, what it means when the Vice-Chancellor calls something "not merely a centre, but a movement", and what we hope this Centre will grow into. I hope you enjoy this episode.
