Annapolis Neck Attackers vs Lancaster's Last Resort (BLRR Week 3)

This is Week 3 of the Breakout League Round Robin. Breakout League is a Pokémon VGC tournament between veterans and rookies alike, all looking to break into the VGC scene. The Annapolis Neck Attackers are currently undefeated, and they face Lancaster's Last Resort, a battle of cities, sparks, and spite (LLR took Incineroar in the draft despite knowing that he's in the ANA logo).
