They HATED Each Other for YEARS… Then De La Hoya Knocked Him Out

Footage rights provided by WSC Sports - https://tinyurl.com/PaulStrikerENG Oscar De La Hoya and Fernando Vargas didn’t just want to beat each other. They genuinely hated each other. Years of insults, resentment and personal tension finally exploded when the two Mexican-American stars met in one of boxing’s most emotional rivalries. Vargas came forward with power and aggression. De La Hoya answered with speed, combinations and one vicious left hook that changed everything. In the 11th round, Oscar dropped Vargas and then unleashed a brutal finishing attack that forced the referee to stop the fight. Years of hatred. One ring. One brutal ending.
