In this video, I test both sizes under the same conditions: first with the Always-On Display enabled and brightness set to maximum, and then again with Always-On disabled and reduced brightness. I also fully drained both watches and measured charging from 0 to 100 percent. The result: the 46mm model finished both 24-hour tests with more battery remaining and even recharged faster in my charging test.
