Fender American Vintage ii 1951 Telecaster vs. American Vintage i 1952 Telecaster. The Battle!!

Shootout time!! I've been in the market for a butterscotch vintage spec Telecaster, and since I've had such good luck with both of my Fender American Vintage ii Stratocasters ('61 and '57), I decided to grab the 1951 Telecaster Oh... But... But.... Since the third generation of the American Vintage I series is so ridiculously nice also, I had to grab the 1952 Telecaster and try that one too.... In this video I offer an absolutely unbiased, unaffected initial impression because I literally strap a blindfold to my peanut head and try these axes out for the first time with no idea which is which. One stays.... One finds a new home... #fender #guitar #music #guitarist #rock #stratocaster #gibson #guitarplayer #musician #bass #telecaster #fenderstratocaster #guitarsolo #blues #guitarporn #guitars #electricguitar #guitarra #ibanez #rocknroll #fenderguitars #guitarsdaily #bassplayer #bassguitar #guitarcover #livemusic #metal #fendertelecaster #guitarsofinstagram #bassist 0:00 Intro 1:35 Blindfold Test 4:20 Tone Examples 6:00 Spec Comparison 7:10 The Verdict
