🙏 신성한 교환 5단계 1. 나에게 해결 안된 아픔과 상처 있을 수 있다고 인정 2. 성령님과 시간 보내며 나의 과거의 사건 사고 충격에서 나온 트라우마를 알려달라고 기도하며 목록 작성 3. 하나님께 가지고 나가서 그동안 하나님께 드리지 않고 내 힘으로 해결하려 했던 것을 항복하고 회개 4. 그 목록을 하나씩 예수님께 드리고 거꾸로 회복 받는다 5. 나의 아픔과 상처를 치료하심에 감사하고 앞으로도 계속해서 드리겠다고 결단하고 실천하라 1. Admit that in me, there might be unresolved pain and scars. Some people deny, but try praying deeply: Isn’t it possible there might be trauma in me? 2. Spending time with Holy Spirit ask him to help me remember any trauma. Create a list. 3. Go to God, and surrender and repent for not taking these to God and that I tried to solve on my own. I am limited, but God is unlimited. 4. Give to God, give and give and give. 5. Thank God for healing and commit that from now on, I will continue to give that all to God, and then do it! 🙏 기도따라하기 하나님 아버지 감사합니다 저를 버리지 않고 떠나지 않고 함께 해주심에 진심으로 감사합니다 그리고 감격합니다 나의 아픔을 나의 상처를 하나님께 다 가지고 나갑니다 그동안 내 힘으로 싸우려고 했던 것을 인정하며 회개합니다 그동안 세상 방법으로 이겨나가려고 했던 것을 인정하며 회개합니다 하나님 없이 세상 것을 먼저 찾았던 것을 항복하며 회개합니다 내 힘으로 안 되고 세상 방법으로 안 되지만 하나님 안에서만 100% 보장 된다는 것 머리로만 아는 것이 아니고 삶으로 체험할 수 있게 도와주세요 성령님 저의 모든 아픔, 모든 상처 모든 충격, 모든 트라우마 기억나게 도와주시고 목록을 작성하게 도와주시고 정직하게 하나님께 가지고 나가서 예수님께 드리고 또 드림으로 신성한 교환이 이뤄지며 하나님 안에서 온전케 회복되게 도와주세요 하나님 저 만나주세요 하나님 저 치료해주세요 하나님 안에서 영, 혼, 육이 마음, 감정, 의지가 생각, 관점, 가치관이 하나님의 뜻대로 아름답게 회복되게 도와주세요 저의 고장난 모든 것 하나님 안에서 회복되게 도와주세요 모든 것, 지금 만이 아닌 앞으로도 오직 예수님 품 안에서 온전케 되게 도와주세요 저 같은 죄인을 버리지 않고 함께 하시며 이런 은혜를 베푸시며 사랑의 품 안으로 초청해주신 하나님 은혜에 다시 한 번 감사드리며 예수님의 이름으로 기도합니다 아멘 Heavenly Father, Thank you. Thank you for being with me and never rejecting me. I’m overwhelmed. I bring all my pain and scars to you, God. All this time, I admit and repent that I tried to solve it on my own. All this time, I acknowledge and repent that I tried to solve my problems with worldly methods. Instead of God, I acknowledge and repent that I first sought out worldly methods. I admit that I cannot solve my problems, and the worldly ways cannot solve them. But in God, there is full healing, and full warranty of healing. Please help me to know not just in my mind, but experience the reality in my life. Holy Spirit, help me to make a list of all my pain, all my scars, and all my shock and trauma. Help me to give them each to Jesus, and continue to give all to Jesus, And help me to experience a divine exchange in God and in God become completely restored. God, please meet me. God, please heal me. And in God, may my spirit, soul, body, mind, will, emotions, thoughts, perspectives, and values be beautifully restored according to God’s will. Please restore in God all the broken parts in me. Please help me to be totally restored in all things, not only now, but in the future, in Jesus alone. Thank you for being with and not rejecting a sinner like me. Thank you for this amazing grace, And for inviting me into your inviting embrace. I pray these in Jesus’ name. AMEN!
