Good evening, everyone, and welcome to the Second Hauptwerk Organ Concert. Tonight’s recital features the St. Mary-le-Bow organ in London, recreated digitally by Lavender Audio for Hauptwerk. This allows us to experience the distinctive character and colors of this historic English organ through a digital instrument. Our program takes us on a journey through different periods and styles of organ music—from contemporary works, to the great Baroque masters Buxtehude and Bach, to Mendelssohn and the Romantic tradition, and finally to the more playful and festive side of the organ. One of the fascinating things about Hauptwerk is that it allows us not simply to hear the music, but to explore the character of different historic instruments. Tonight, I invite you to listen to how the same organ can create very different musical worlds depending on the repertoire and registration. Thank you for joining me for this Second Hauptwerk Organ Concert, and I hope you enjoy the journey. ---------------------------------------- A Special Thanks to Our Team: 🎥 Video Editing and Production: Charry May Balboa - Consolacion and AJ Consolacion 🎥 Kylle William Lim 💖 SUPPORT THE CHANNEL 💖 If you love what you hear and want to help us continue bringing stunning organ recitals, new compositions, and more amazing musical content, consider supporting us: • Buy Me a Coffee • PayPal: adconz@yahoo.com • Metrobank: Alejandro D.
