*VERY RARE* Scart level crossing, Kilkenny with IE class 22000 stopped at signal

The Shannon & Suir railtour was at Kilkenny station at this time and there's only 2 platforms at Kilkenny. It was the 14:10 service from Dublin Heuston to Waterford and it was meant to meet the 15:10 service from Waterford to Dublin Heuston at Kilkenny but because of the steam train the Waterford service was stopped at the signal.
