I had made an SD-10 siren in the past, but that old design wasn't perfect! In this video I decided that I would show my new and improved, revamped SD-10. I incorporated a snap-fit system instead of a peg system to keep the top of the siren on the top cone, and I used a different 130 motor that had a higher peak RPM, so the pitch is almost perfect when running off a USB. I also tried adding a sound deflector like most SD-10s have, but that reduced the sound output quite a lot and stuffed up the siren, which gave it a higher pitch and lower volume, probably because air couldn't make its way out of the stator as easily.
