NBA Live 2003 (GC) (Spurs vs Jazz) (April 14th 2003)

David Robinson and Michael Jordan are not the only NBA legends who are going to retire in 2003. John Stockton is planning to announce his retirement next month on May 2nd even though he can still play for a few more years, but he feels that instead of waiting for the next NBA season in his hotel room, he should end his NBA career in favor of spending more time with his family. Fun fact: The elimination of Utah Jazz in the first round of the playoffs (And regular season elimination in my NBA Live 2003) marks the end of the 18-year Karl Malone–John Stockton tandem. Stockton would go on to retire, while Malone would play with the Lakers next season before retiring in 2004.
