ОБНОВЛЕНИЕ GREEN PARADISE 17 НОВИНОК

In Episode 18, I'm taking you around the property to show you some of the progress happening behind the scenes — and this time, it's about much more than just building houses. Our second duplex has now completed its walling, the third duplex foundation is being wrapped up, and we're beginning to shift more attention toward the infrastructure, landscaping and natural features that will ultimately make Green Paradise what we've envisioned. We're also working with what nature has already given us. 🌳 We're turning an existing area filled with pawpaw trees into a small community orchard and adding mangoes, oranges, guava and other fruit trees. 🌊 We've cleared around the natural stream so we can better see its path and eventually develop it into a wider recreational waterway where residents and resort guests can relax and potentially enjoy activities like small boat rides. 🐐 And the Green Paradise animals are thriving! Our sheep and goats are currently free-ranging around parts of the property and even helping us naturally control vegetation around the solar farm. We're also planning to introduce cattle and continue developing the livestock side of the project. The bigger goal is self-sustainability. ☀️ Solar power 🐐 Livestock 🌳 Fruit orchard 🥬 Greenhouse vegetables 🌊 Natural waterways 🏡 Residential homes 🌴 Nature resort villas Little by little, all the different pieces are starting to connect. 🏡 INTERESTED IN GREEN PARADISE? We currently have opportunities for people interested in owning land or homes within the community, as well as investors interested in our planned nature resort villas. The resort section is being developed as a nature-focused getaway where guests can escape the city, spend time outdoors and enjoy the Green Paradise experience. 📲 WhatsApp: +234 915 740 2945 🌍 Website: https://www.thegreenparadise.com For resort-villa investment opportunities and projected rental-income information, contact our team directly for the current details, assumptions and availability. 👇🏾 I WANT YOUR OPINION: What would YOU add to Green Paradise to make the nature experience even better?
